Many of the designs that are uploaded are very creative but are usually rejected if they don't fit within the site guidelines.
If your design is related to Minecraft you may like to post it to the fan art section Minecraft forum.
If you plan to do a lot of papercraft then you might like to invest in some papercraft glue such as Elmer's Craft Bond Paper Craft Glue Gel or a PVA craft glue.
Otherwise most types of clear drying glue or glue paste should work well enough.
Glue sticks should also work fine for most of the papercrafts, but some of the more complicated designs may be a bit awkward due to the size of the glue sticks and the pressure you need to apply to assembled 3D parts.
However, if you're looking to produce something more quickly it can also be easy to use sticky tape; using scissors to cut the tape into smaller pieces if required.
