Specimen 115, as suggested by Deadlock. I brought out my unfinished model to show off at papercraft club and had some kids insist on 'helping' me finish it, so thank you Daniel E for the dirty smudge on the bobble and Cameron R for the slightly squished head.

(*disclaimer, Daniel did glue the antenna and a tooth on quite nicely, but what was on your hands, man?!)
