This is the second evolutionary form of Seaman, the Gillman, from the 1999 SEGA Dreamcast game, Seaman. Chances are, if you've seen Pewdiepie, or better yet, Angry Video Game Nerd, you know exactly what I'm talking about. The seamen are strange aquatic creatures, evolving slowly but surely over time, but two things that do remain consistent about them are their creepy, out-of-place human faces ripped right out of Mars Attacks!, and their, snooty, sarcastic attitude. And yes, the game is narrated by Leonard Nimoy. Enjoy the papercraft.
