I started this in October, but procrastinated for months. This is the entire portal with the rows of three attached blocks being one part. You can attach as many eyes of ender as you want, and the portal part is mostly for if you have all the eyes, but you can also use it in other places. Also, the bottom of the portal only is for if you don't want to see the white from the bottom.

How to Print?
1.Click on the papercraft design image.
2.Make sure it has not been resized by your browser (you might need to click the image again).
3.Print using your browser's Print function.
