On January 25, 2023, Nether archeologists discovered a room where there was a Monster Spawner next to 5 blocks of Gold. They accessed the room by mining down 10 blocks at the lowest point of the bastion. Piglins made this room to summon Hoglins so that they could have an infinite food and leather supply. They hid their gold here as a symbol for the end of hunger. In this replica, the spawner was not used for thousands of years which made it non-functional. So far, only 67 of these rooms were found and some even had Netherite Blocks instead of Gold Blocks! However, in this replica, the Gold Version is shown here because according to the Piglin god, Celeritate, (which translates to "Netherite" in Latin) anyone that copies the Netherite Room is cursed by having no access to any derivative of Netherite for life and the afterlife. It is also believed that Celeritate would give you Netherite in the afterlife because he was kind to those who did not steal from others. If you stole from Celeritate, he would’ve become mad and ditch you to the Void. But if you were kind to people, he would welcome you to a Bastion 1,000x bigger and with Netherite instead of Gold.
